More antioxidants- pistachio butter
pistachio antioxidants are superior to the antioxidants of other oilseeds for the following reasons:
- 70% more than almonds
- 140% more than peanuts
The best antioxidant in peanuts is usually high grade resveratrol, which is unfortunately easily broken down in the heat. That’s why eating raw wild peanuts is recommended. American walnuts have the highest antioxidants, but in return, they have more calories with 60% less protein. In the case of hazelnuts and walnuts, too, with 30% less protein than pistachios, that is why we recommend a mixture of nuts.
Less calories- pistachio butter
Among nuts, the only seed that has fewer calories than pistachios is chestnut, which is more like a starchy vegetable and cannot be used to make butter because of its texture.
BCAA – pistachio butter
BCAAs, or amino acid networks, are basic amino acids called leucine, isoleucine, and valine. The combination of these three amino acids makes up about a third of the structure of muscle tissue in the human body.
Although pistachios do not have the highest amount of protein, a quality pistachio butter does not leave any competitors for these amino acids. So if you are a bodybuilder, we suggest you use pistachio butter to build muscle.

Improving sexual dysfunction
Of course, this has not yet been conclusively proven scientifically, but according to statistical reports, men who used the product felt well with erectile dysfunction.
The lowest amount of acrylamide
Acrylamide is a potentially carcinogenic compound, especially in foods rich in fried, roasted, grilled or burnt carbon. Common acrylamide in nuts or AGE is effective in increasing the age and wrinkles of the skin, and even raw and unprocessed foods. So you should try to choose the food that has the least amount. According to experiments, its amount in pistachios is even lower than when it is roasted.

Steps to prepare
The most important thing in preparing pistachio butter is to use raw and high quality pistachio kernels. Roasted pistachios and salt are not suitable for this type of butter. Also, when preparing pistachios, it should be noted that they are of good quality and fresh, because some pistachios have less fat. However, any type of pistachio can be used to make pistachio butter.
Pour the whole pistachio kernels into the grinder or blender until completely crushed. Add some warm water to form a paste. If the result is not good, add a little more water. The amount of hot water added depends entirely on whether you want the butter to reach the right consistency. Add honey and some salt to the blender and let it reach the right texture. Then pour the butter into a well-sealed container and store in the refrigerator. You can also use sugar instead of honey. If you want your pistachio butter to be creamy, add a little soy lecithin and stir more. The oil and fat in pistachios are completely cholesterol free.
